• Participants must be between the prescribed age and weight limits and meet the fitness criteria specified by the operator. A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory
• Pregnant women and individuals with heart ailments, epilepsy, asthma, high blood pressure, neurological disorders, recent fractures, back or neck injuries, or other serious medical conditions are not permitted to participate
• The activity is subject to favourable weather conditions and operational safety checks. The operator may reschedule or cancel the activity in the interest of participant safety
• Participants must report at the venue on time. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in cancellation without a refund
• All safety briefings and instructions given by the Jump Master must be followed. Failure to comply may result in denial of participation without any refund.
• Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe sports shoes. Loose items, jewellery, mobile phones, and cameras are not permitted during the activity unless specifically authorised.
• Photography, videography, lockers, transportation, and other optional services are included only if specifically mentioned under the booking inclusions.
• Consumption of alcohol or intoxicating substances before the activity is strictly prohibited. Intoxicated participants will not be allowed to participate.
• The operator is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the venue.

• No Refund - If the jumper refuses to jump site bridge and does not participate in the activity
• The amount is non-refundable.
• Any Non - jumpers accompanying the participant have to pay INR 100 as entry fee to enter the site
