•Single Entry on any day until 10th December 2026. •No pets are allowed inside the attraction. •No smoking, food, or beverages are permitted. •Respectful clothing must be worn at all times. •Toys and sharp tools are not allowed. •Do not lean, climb over, or sit on railings, and do not place children on railings. •Items displayed in exhibitions must not be touched, moved, or removed. •Large bags and strollers must be kept at the Gate 4 counter. •Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit to the Dubai Frame. •The attraction may temporarily close during severe weather conditions for safety reasons; refunds are not provided, only rescheduling is allowed.
