Absolutely stunning
We spent around 2 hours walking around the National Orchid Garden and was the highlight of our trip to Singapore. The gardens are very well maintained and have a wide variety of beautiful orchids with different colours, together with many different tropical plants as a backdrop. Highly recommended !
Breathtaking Gem
The National Orchid Garden is an absolutely breathtaking gem in Singapore that you must visit. The variety of orchids, with some being rare and unique, is truly amazing. Each section is beautifully curated, showcasing great thought, care, and artistic vision in the arrangement of the orchids. It’s now more vibrant, expansive, and captivating than ever. It offers a perfect blend of nature, design, and serenity. I highly recommend it to nature lovers, photographers, and anyone wanting to experience beauty in its purest form.
Rain or Shine, the National Orchid Garden is Pure Magic
A beautiful experience even in the rain. We visited the National Orchid Garden on a rainy day, but that didn’t take away from the experience at all. In fact, the rain made everything feel even more lush and peaceful. The garden is absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking variety of orchids in every shape and color. It’s thoughtfully laid out, easy to explore, and full of quiet corners to pause and admire the plants. We came with our two young daughters, ages 5 and 6, and they were absolutely delighted. They loved wandering through the misty paths, spotting different flowers, and especially enjoyed the section with celebrity orchids named after famous visitors like Princess Diana. They were so curious and excited to learn about the flowers and who they were named after. The garden is very well maintained, with a nice balance of open and sheltered areas, so we were able to stay mostly dry. Everything felt calm and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cool house was a favorite—it felt like stepping into a magical rainforest. To top it all off, the girls enjoyed some ice cream at the end, which made their day even sweeter. This place was a highlight of our trip and a wonderful spot to spend a couple of hours. Whether you're a plant lover or just looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to visit, this garden is a must-see. Five stars from all of us.
